Step 1.

Step 2.
After you submit your form, I will review it to determine if we are a good fit. If we are, I will send you an email inviting you to schedule your complimentary 30-minutes Telephone consultation. This can take 2-5 working days.
Step 3.
After our consultation call, providing we are the right Therapist- Client fit, I will email you an Assessment form, Contract, for you to complete and your first Invoice, which needs to be paid 72 hours before your first session.
Step 4.
Our first few sessions will be all about getting to know each other and tuning into your nervous system. We'll have conversations like you would in therapy, but we'll also focus on paying attention to your body and what your nervous system is telling us. We will focus on a handful of strategies, used by world renowned Somatic Trauma therapists that bring about connection, stabilisation , safety and truly produce results. Each session is personalised to your needs. You determine what to bring forward and at what pace.

1. What is Psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy covers a range of modalities of therapies. Therapy is delivered by trained and qualified practitioners who work with people over a short or long term to help them bring about effective change
2. How will sessions take place?
Therapy Sessions take place remotely once a week, at a regular time and last 50 minutes.
If you would like to BREAK FREE from the trauma cycle and get to the root cause, achieve optimal mental health and learn to live more in tune with your mind, body, heart, soul and THRIVE, I’m the therapist for you..
3. How long does therapy last?
I provide 3 months Therapy Packages (These can be renewed at the end of the 3 months period.. Regaining the body’s, nervous systems balance safely after trauma takes time, effort and patience. Often a deterioration in mental health is a culmination of factors and trauma that has built up over the years.
Most of my clients start to feel better within 3 months of working with me. Some can take longer 6-9 months. I believe in empowering you to deal with the root cause, rather than just your daily experiencing of your mental health. I aim to achieve optimal mental health for my clients, not just acceptable mental health.
It is important for you to know that although I believe that ‘Trauma does not have to be a life sentence’, working with me is a process and I do not believe in or offer quick fixes.
4. HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE PER SESSION?
My pricing is based on my years of training, experience and the quality of results I’m able to get my clients. I have a limited number of clients that I take on at one time so that I can really invest my time and focus on delivering a completely bespoke trauma therapy service. . As a Trauma Therapist, I work with clients over 3, 6, and 9 months, to ensure stabilisation, safety, co-regulation and integration.
